Welcome to Waumegah Lake in Springfield Twp. Michigan. This lake sits at 110 acres. It is a private all-sports lake perfect for you and the family to have fun safe adventures. I have read that the lake is shallow, but how deep it actually is, is unclear. Never-the-less you will have plenty of room to ski, wake-board, or simply cruise around the lake enjoying the weather. Waumegah Lake resides in the Clarkston school district. 
A nice school system your kids will love attending. Perfect for those already in the district, (your kids won’t have to transfer)! The lake homes are on well water systems, which is great if you hate paying those expensive water bills each month! Dixie Lake, a smaller lake compared to others in the area, but a great lake to live on! This lake is located in Springfield Twp. Michigan. This is a private all-sports lake. At a maximum surface area of 78 acres, and a depth of 50 feet this lake is great for those looking to have all the fun of a bigger all-sports lake without the hustle and bustle larger lakes often have. Being that it’s private also allows for a safer weekend experience. 
Without having non-lakefront home owners dropping in their boats on the weekend you have a lot less traffic. This allows for a safer experience, because you can take the kids tubing, skiing, or wake-boarding without it being an extremely busy and stressful pull. The lake is located in Clarkston and Holly School Districts so your kids will be able to have a quality education and maintain their friendships over the years. Dixie Lake is a lake you and your family could live on for a very long time and never get sick of it!
