First of all I’m honest and I’ll work hard to get you what you want. I have been around in the real estate business. I know our local communities well and if you have a problem arise in your real estate deal I can help solve it.
Negotiations are a huge part of the real estate process. Sometimes it is little things like knowing whether to sit back and sweat the other side, or know when to pull it together before the other side walks helps you get the best deal and to the closing table. Here is a little about my background.
I was born and raised in Allen Park so I know the downriver area well. I spent 4 years in the Army (most of it at Ft. Bragg) I was a colonel’s aide for a while and also was a parachute packer for the Special Forces School. Half the time I was in the 82nd Airborne so I did some jumping. Earned my sergeant stripes and my college degree when I was in.
After the service I met a lovely lady named Marianne and was with her for 23 years. We lived in Livonia at 6 and Farmington. She had gotten breast cancer right when we first met. She battled it 4 times, and was stage 4 for 12 years before she lost her battle to breast cancer. She was a sweet, loving woman that never had a bad word to say about anybody. A great cook, a good mother, and loved by everybody she met.
Her and I raised her son Ryan who know lives in Grand Rapids with his wife and my two grand children Oliver, and Cassie. He works at Meijers headquarters.

I have been blessed in life. I got re-acquainted with my college sweet heart (Patti) and we are together enjoying life. Like you I have had my ups and downs but over all life is good. Good friends, good family, and I love what I do. I moved out to the lakes area and live on White Lake near Milford. Basically I am a fun loving guy that enjoys spending time with friends on the lake.
