| Right now there is a scarcity of homes on the market. It is a seller’s market because there are so fewWhite Lake homes. Good condition White Lake homes are selling quickly. What I do for my clients is to set them up an automatic email search of all the White Lake foreclosures and White Lake homes that fit their criteria. I have my clients send me how many bedrooms, style of home they want, and price range so they do not miss out on the deals. Many times the best homes will go in under a week. It is not surprising to see homes get sold in under a week if they are move in ready. Do I think the White Lake real estate market will change soon? Honestly I can’t predict that for sure. But what I do know is that we will continue to have a shortage of homes until home prices rise up to a point where more home owners can sell. So many home owners have so little or no equity in their home. SO THEY CAN’T SELL. If they can’t sell, there are fewer homes to choose from. So it is my best guess that White Lake homeprices will slowly creep up so long as there is no economic issues in the near future.
