Plymouth Foreclosures as of 3-28-2013

Plymouth  and Plymouth Township have homes starting in the low $100,000 range (and Plymouth Foreclosures for even less if you are lucky) to homes in the $600,000 range.  They have many subdivisions of nice brick colonial homes.  The downtown area is a hot spot for people who want to be able to walk downtown and enjoy the feeling of a lively quaint old style downtown centered around Kellogg park.  Kellogg Park, the hub of the city’s business district, reminds many visitors of a New England common. Once called Plymouth Green, its wide expanse of grass, variety of shade trees, and bubbling fountain make it an attractive focal point for the many civic, social and commercial activities that take place in the community.  The homes around the downtown have an average higher per square foot cost.  There are some exclusive gated communities in the area and even some estates that range in the Million dollar plus category.  The  closeness of the expressways, to Detroit, Ann Arbor, and the airport makes it an ideal spot to relocate to Michigan.

Plymouth and Plymouth Township is a great place to live and currently there are 7 homes on the foreclosure market in Plymouth (see the list below).
