Oakland County Lake Homes – Lake Oakland Waterfront Properties Waterford Twp MI

 Here is an amateur video on Lake Oakland Waterfront Properties Oakland County.   The homes are small cottages to nice brick colonials.  There is a mixture of Lake Oakland home styles you can choose from whether it is a bungalow, cape cod, contemporary, tudor, colonial, split levels, or ranches.  They range from a 8000 square foot ranch, or a 4800 tudor style home, or a 2500 square foot colonial and a 800 square foot bungalow.   Lake Oakland has any home size and home style you want.   Lake Oakland Lakefront properties range from about 50 foot in lake frontage up to about 120 feet.  There are not big lots with acreage on the lake.  Most of the lake lots are level with the lake.  Lake Oakland have some houses that sit above the lake.  There are even homes on the island!  When you list a home with me I hire a professional video company to shoot the video.  The video above was just shot in a couple of minutes with no editing at all.  It’s just an amatuer video I shoot to give websurfers an idea of what the local Oakland County lakes are like when I’m in the area showing or listing a home.
