You will need to send them copies of your w-2’s, paystubs, and financial information. Plus you will also need to sign the application for a mortgage. DON’T DELAY GET IT DONE IMMEDIATELY!!!! Mortgages are taking from 30 days to 45 days to get done. So when you delay getting the mortgage started you are possibly delaying the closing. I can’t tell you how many times that closings are delayed because of buyers not getting on the ball and getting the mortgage started or not getting the necessary documents to the lender quickly..
