Every winter I see many ice fishermen out on the lake so it must be decent fishing on the lake. The north end of the lake runs along M-59 and the south end homes sit on Elizabeth Lake Road. The lake is 270 acres in sizes and is 72 feet deep in the deepest spot.

There is a natural reed area that separates a small portion of the lake on the north side. There is also a large bay on the south end of the lake. There are both small and large homes on Oxbow Lakes. On the northwest side you will find some small cottage style homes, and on the west side and in the bay you can find some big beautiful brick colonial and contemporary homes. The lake bottom on the lake varies on where you live on the lake. Some of the lake bottom is sandy and some is mucky.
