Haunted Houses – Metro Detroit 2012

 

Are you a scaredy cat?  Or do you like to be scared a little bit?  Join the young crowd and step out to one of Metro Detroit excellent Haunted houses.  Sometimes your local Jaycees are putting them on or maybe it might be one of the high caliber commercial haunted houses that are around.  Here is a list of  my 2012 Metro Detroit haunted houses.

 

Michigan Haunted Houses and Halloween Attractions 2012

Terrors of the Night Haunted House – in Dryden (north of Detroit and north of Rochester).
Location: 4585 Casey Rd, Dryden, MI 48428.
Opens: Saturdays… October 13, 20, 27, 2012.
Cost: $10 per-person, a portion of the proceeds goes to Inspiring Hearts for Autism.
Details: indoor haunt. Theme for this year is an asylum, Psychotic Refuge. Something has gone wrong here over the years. All new scares and scenes for the 2012 season.  facebook

Tunnel of Terror – in Rochester, MI (north of Detroit).
Location: Rochester Municipal Park. Pine Street west of Main Street, north of University Drive.
Opens: Friday Oct. 5, 2012. Every Friday and Saturday night in October.
Cost: $15 per-person, $10 using $5 Coupon on website.
Details: The Annual Haunted House Presented by the Rochester Area Jaycees.  facebook

Deadly Intentions Haunted Attraction – in Warren, MI (just north of Detroit).
Location: 20900 Dequindre Rd, inside the Countyline Trade Center between 9 and 8 mile.
Opens: October 5, 2012. nights. see website for dates and times.
Cost: Children under 48″ $8, Adults $15, V.I.P. $22.
Details: Will be returning for one last final haunting season in 2012. What you can expect is terror like you have never seen from us or any other attraction before! We are pulling out all the stops for our final year! Many of our original cast members will be making special appearences during the season, we are planning a huge contest for adults, we will be having a massive candy give-away, the return of Discount Preview Weekends, Customer Appreciation Nights, 2 Adult Only Nights as well as a ton of new fun things to do at the haunt every night. There will be all sorts of alternate entertainment for you to enjoy every night that we are open. Scarefest Scream Park – in Lenox Township, MI (northeast of Detroit).

Cost: Adults $15 each attraction. all inclusive ticket, speed pass, military discount, group sales.
Details: 50 acres of attractions featuring the Hayride of Doom, Castle of the Dead, Forest of Darkness and 3D Haunted House, Terror Zone Maze and Yappo’s Fun House. Plus bon fires, movies on huge movie screens, Monster Truck Rides, live on-stage entertainment, private party area, more.  facebook

Salem’s Haunted Village – in Capac (east of Flint).
Location: 5411 Hackman Rd, Capac, MI 48014. phone: 810-395-7100.
Opens: September 28 & 29, 2012 (friday and saturday), see website for all dates and times.
Cost: $8 to $17, group rates available.
