Beacon Meadows sub has approximately 79 homes in it.  The homes were built during the years of 1987 – 1990.
The homes are mostly Colonial and Cape Cod style homes, though there are a few ranches and a contemporary home.  Most of the homes have brick exteriors & brick/vinyl & brick/wood exteriors, 3 + car garages, 4-5 bedrooms,  3.5 + bathrooms, basements (some walkout, some regular basements).
There is one pond and about 8 homes have a pond view.  There is a commons area down to the pond.  On the North side of the subdivision there are about 8 homes that back up to M-14 expressway.   The lots are larger and most lots do not have a fence unless they have an inground pool.

Square footage of the colonial and cape cod homes range from 3500 – 5800 square ft.
Square footage of the ranches range from 2300 – 2700 square ft.

The school district is Plymouth Canton Schools.  The location of the subdivision is between North Territorial and M-14 and between Sheldon and Beck.
