Are you really ready to buy – Plymouth home buying tips
A neighbor came up to me and wanted me to contact his brother. The brother had been working with another real estate agent and the brother was unhappy with the agent. The other agent wasn’t finding them the right homes and then telling the brother that the homes were sold when they went called to look at them. They wanted a new agent.
In this Plymouth real estate market the best advice I can give you is to move quick.
Open the listing emails I send each morning and look through them. If you see any houses you like let’s go out and look at them as soon as possible. Today if possible. Then if you like it we need to put in an offer right away.
In today’s Plymouth real estate market homes are selling quick. Not all buyers like the rush, rush, rush of this market. But if you want a home you need to act quickly in all three areas, looking at listings, going to see them, and putting in an offer immediately.
One of the biggest issues I hear from buyers in conversation is that they are not getting the homes they want. YOU CAN’T OPEN THE LISTING 3 DAYS FROM NOW.
YOU CAN’T GET LISTINGS ON MONDAY AND NOT HAVE TIME TO SEE THE HOMES UNTIL SUNDAY.
YOU CAN’T “THINK ABOUT IT” FOR 2 OR 3 DAYS ON WHAT TO BID OR WHETHER TO BID
The homes will be gone. It is just that simple. Nice homes, priced right are going quick. Even the over priced ones are selling in under a month because there is such a limited supply of home. So if you want to be successful in buying a Plymouth home you need to gear up and make time to see the homes quickly.
I understand some people are “thinkers” or go at a slow pace. Those are some of the buyers that are having trouble buying a Plymouth home.
