What I am noticing is that Oakland County lakefront homes are selling very slowly, prices are falling. But by looking at the average time on the market and the average time to sell I think Michiganlake home sellers are having a hard time accepting that prices have fallen so much. Many Oakland County waterfront home owners aren’t lower their prices yet.
