If you are moving to Oakland County Michigan Walled Lake is named after the big lake (Walled Lake). Walled Lake Michigan is very close to Novi. So you have a beautiful lake that is close to 12 Oaks Mall and the surrounding stores. There are movie theatres, bowling alley, and lots of restaurants just a short ride away. Another benefit if you are relocating to Michigan is that I-696 is less than 10 minutes connecting to all the major expressways in Metro Detroit.
