Here is the latest list of Brighton Township lakefront homes for sale as of 10/18/2012.  There are 15 lakefront homes that have been on the market an average of 185 days.  Woodland Lake is one of Brighton’s largest all sports lakes.  It does have public access.  There are some very nice brick colonial lakefront homes on Woodland Lake ranging from 2500 – over 6000 square feet.  But there are also small 1000 square foot homes on the lake too.  I have a friend that I sold a house to on School Lake.  I have been on School lake several times with him.  It is a smaller private all sports lake.  Again there is a wide range of homes.  From 800 square foot wood frame cottages to over 5000 square foot brick colonial homes with walkout basements and 3 car garages.  You can find almost any type of Brighton Township lakefront home you are looking for.  As you can see they are as inexpensive as $120,000 to over $500,000.
