What is your objective when selling a home?

 To get the most money for your home and to close the deal so you can move forward with your life…..right?

So when entering into negotiations most sellers get that first part in their mind and forget about the second part.  YOU WANT TO CLOSE THE DEAL.

That is the end zone, the goal of selling your home.  Sometimes buyers and the market do not see eye to eye with you.  You may think living close to stores or a school is great.  To them it may be a negative.  This may determine that you will get a lower price for your home because nobody is interested in your home.  During the home inspection some item in your house may be a problem.  It may need to be fixed.  Sure you lived with it, and it will cost money to fix.  But to get to that goal of selling your house you may have to make some concessions.

That is the bottom line…. Do you really want to sell for that bottom line figure that you will walk away with or do you want to keep the house?
