Hello this is Russ Ravary your local lakes area realtor.  Lets talk about Woodruff Lake in Livingston County.  There is also a Woodruff Lake in Highland Township in Oakland County so don’t confuse the two.

Woodruff Lake in Brighton is just a small round 33 acre private lake that is an all sports lake.  A 33 acre lake isn’t very big so this would be a lake for avid water sports lake home buyers or for people that would get bored going around in a circle.

There are two sets of condos on the lake and a few homes.  So if you are looking for condo living with a view of a lake then this little lake may be for you.  The children on the lake go to Brighton Schools.  The condos are on city water and sewer.
