When are Northville Winter and summer tax bills sent out?
 A client had asked me when are Northville winter and summer tax bills sent out and if there was any grace period. 2012 Summer Tax Bills – Will be sent out by July 1, 2012 and payment is due in our office by 4:30 PM on September 14, 2012. Postmarks are not accepted. Beginning September 15, 2012 there will be a 1% per month interest on the bills and they can be paid at the Township until February 28, 2013. After this date, tax bills must be paid to the Wayne County Treasurer. 2012 Winter Tax Bills – Will be mailed out by December 1, 2012 and payment is due in our office by 4:30 PM on February 14, 2013. Beginning February 15, 2013 the Township will be adding a 3% penalty until February 28, 2013. Beginning March 1st, 2013 all delinquent real property must be paid to Wayne County Treasurer.
