What is blogging
| Somebody asked me the other day what is blogging. Blogging can be an online diary of how the writer sees the world, it can be just about gathering and sharing information. So why do people do it. Somebloggers do it just because they love the subject. But many of us blog to generate business. So many people search the internet by keywords like “how do you” or “how does”. If you want to know about something or find something you type in the words. As a real estate blogger we write about our local area, and what is going on so people can find the information for free. From that we hope to get contacted by the reader or for them to go to our websites. Sure we spend hours and hours researching and putting together blogs but it is our way of “advertising”. Sure we give the information for free. That is what the web is about. I sometimes write about things that will never bring me business but it may help somebody. It may be about a local event coming up, or what to do in the Metro Detroit area, a group of positive sayings, or even how our property taxes work here in Michigan.
