Stars and Stripes Forever Celebration Honors Community Veterans
 The City of Farmington Hills Senior Division takes great pride in recognizing and honoring community veterans with the annual Stars and Stripes Forever celebration. This year’s event will be held on Friday, November 9 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Costick Center, located at 28600 Eleven Mile Road in Farmington Hills. Tickets for the 16th annual celebration for adults 50 and better are $8 until November 1 or $10 afterwards and at the door. Complimentary admission is offered to veterans that reside in Farmington or Farmington Hills and pre-register by November 1. All veterans in the area and their guests are welcome to attend. The event will include an honor guard ceremony conducted by The VFW and The American Legion, and a roll call of all veterans in attendance. The celebration continues with a luncheon, dancing to a live band, raffles and prizes, and a special sweets table. Stars and Stripes Forever is sponsored by American House of Farmington Hills.
