| If have recently lost a loved one you are most likely overwhelmed of all the things you have to do. I do not think anybody is really ever prepared for death. As a real estate agent the bank and the title company will need to see the title in your name or that you have the power and authorization to sell the home for the estate or trust. So an attorney is the best person to guide you in this first step. Getting the title in your name or getting the legal authorization to sell an estate home is the first step you need to take after you decide to sell.
