Relocation buyers, where do you start when you are looking in the Metro Detroit Michigan area

I seem to help a lot of buyers relocating to Michigan.  I even get calls from buyers who have relocation companies but want to use me after reading my blogs and searching my websites online.  I have lived in Metro Detroit most of my life.  I know the areas, the subdivisions, the school systems, and how to get the information people need to make a sound decision when buying Metro Detroit Real Estate.
