| In Oakland County you won’t find many lakefront homes for rent for the week or for the summer. They are so few and far between. If you wanted something like that I would look on a vacation rental site or something like hotpads.com A real estate company usually only rents for a full year. There are Oakland County lakefront rentals out there, but there are not a lot of them. You will usually find that Oakland County lakefront rentals are a little pricey unless you get out into the Northern sections of Oakland County .
