As you will notice that there are some very low prices in each category. The higher priced homes were updated and in great shape. Those ready to move in, updated Novi homes usually get the best price and sell the fastest. You will noticed that the average price for Novi real estate is very close to a $110 a square foot. In some square footage ranges the average Novi Home sales price was more than a $110 a square foot.
