Michigan top realtors – Commerce real estate

I opened this email about Michigan top realtors and I was proud that I was a top realtor in Commerce real estate and all of Metro Detroit.  I was told by my office manager that I was in the top 2% of Michigan realtors outselling the average agent 5 to 1.

I just got this email today from a high end magazine.  As you know we are overwhelmed with solictors trying to get us to advertise on websites, the local newspaper, or local magazines.  So what brings us the most return for our money.  After all it is about reaching potential clients that will work with us.

This is the email

“Congratulations Russell,  

As one of the top 5% of Real Estate agents in the Metro Detroit area (as designated by MiRealSource), we are inviting you to participate in the Hour Media Real Estate All Stars Program for 2014. Put I don’t really think it is worth spending $2000 up to $5000 promoting that.  I myself believe clients care more about:

1. that you work hard to sell their home
2. their agent caring about finding them the right home for them, not just making a sale
3. what dollar amount stays in their pocket
4. that you negotiate well to achieve what they want
5. honesty from their real estate agent
6. communication between them and their agent
7. reputation of their agent
8. the ability of their agent to get along with other agents, loan officers, & inspectors
9. and most of all the ability of getting their home closed.

After all that is what is all about…. getting your home deal closed.  That’s my job to solve the problems, to smooth out all the issues so you can close on your home whether you are selling your Commerce home or buying a Commerce home.

So when I get an email like this telling me that I am one of Michigans top realtors – it makes me proud.  I have helped so many people to buy and sell homes.  Some of them are very tough to get closed.  Sometimes there are hundreds of emails and phone calls made to keep the transaction together.
