Here are some of the top ranked areas in Wayne and Oakland County with good schools, and a low crime rate.

Grosse Pointe, Northville, Plymouth, Novi, Birmingham, West Bloomfield, Rochester are just 7 of the very nice communities in Wayne and Oakland County.  These are towns that your children are going to be attending top rated Michigan schools.  These are the town were you have no fear of gangs roaming the streets or graffiti painted anywhere.  These are the types of communities you would want to live in if they were in your current area.

Northville real estate

Because these communities have good schools and are highly desirable places to live the home prices will be higher in these communities than other surrounding communities like Westland, Southfield, or Sterling Heights.   These three communities are good communities but not as desirable as Birmingham or Northville.  Every major town in the country has these highly desirable areas.  I would call them the “monied” towns.  The home prices are higher and you are going to find bigger homes and many times luxury estate homes.
