1.) Have wall paper in your Commerce Twp kitchen? Then take it down! Wall paper is a deterrent to selling your home. Your wall paper is a personal preference. Other buyers may think it is ugly. Have six chairs around the table put two away and just have four. Have a wine rack, a cupboard, or other furniture in the kitchen. Pack it away. Make your kitchen more spacious. Buyers will love it.
