In my opinion Canton real estate is a bargain. There are many, many homes that are selling below $100 a square foot. With the Metro Detroit housing prices still falling in many areas it is better to buy a home that is in the lowest price range. Better to buy a Canton home at the low end of the price range than buy a home in another city at the high end of the price range for per square foot.

Here is what happened in Canton MI in the last month. There were only 37 Canton homes that sold in the last month. But there are 337 Canton homes for sale. If only 37 homes sell a month it means we have a 10 month supply of homes for sale in Canton.
