Moving to Michigan Relocation Royal Oak

If you are moving to Michigan and have heard about Royal Oak you might want to know more about it.  I would characterize Royal Oak as sort of a yuppie town.  What I mean about that is that the young people flock to Royal Oak because it is the “happening area” for the under 35 crowd.  Especially for the 20 to 30 years olds.

It isn’t a wild town by any means.  It isn’t wild or crazy.  There are not bar fights on every corner or the police being called out all the time.  Royal Oak is the place where the young people want to go.  There are plenty of restaurants, pubs, taverns, and bars.  Different types of eateries and different styles of alcohol establishments.  There are coffee shops and outside eateries from inexpensive to high end.

Downtown Royal Oak isn’t huge.  Probably a 6 block by 4 block area.  It’s just the place to be for the younger crowd.    I would guess the demographics for the area is younger.  There are some condos and apartments nearby.  But Royal Oak homes demand a premium because of the desirability of the area.  If you are moving to Michigan and have questions about the Metro Detroit area feel free to call me or email me.  My cell is (248) 310-6239 or email is yesmyrealtor@gmail.com.

4 reasons to buy a Michigan home this year.
