Foreclosed homes for sale in White Lake Michigan

Here is the latest list of foreclosures in White Lake Township.  There are only three currently and they seem to need some work.  Only one of them is on a lake and that is canal front on Cooley Lake.

Finding lakefront foreclosures in Oakland County if very hard.  It’s hard to find a good foreclosed home in Oakland County that will bring you a good return.  You have to really search to find a really good deal.  There are hundreds of other people doing the same thing.  I know a few realtors that their whole job is to find themselves a foreclosure to buy and flip.  You are just one of many people trying to do it.  You have to be sharp and know what the house will sell for and what your costs will be.  Many times there is no profit margin after you pay for all the repairs and the costs of selling the house.  I have seen too many people lose money on flipping houses.  So be a smart home flipper and do your home work on what the home will sell for before you buy.
