Oakland County real estate update MI

Here is what is happening in a Oakland County MI real estate.  If you look at the tables below you will notice that Oakland County homes median sales price has dropped dramatically since last year.  In February there is about a 23% drop from last year.  In Oakland County condos the median sales price drop is a little lower 20%.

In February and January the number of Oakland County homes that sold also dropped.  But Oakland County condos fared a little better with the numbers staying about the same in February 08 and 09.
