What’s new in Plymouth real estate in Feb 2014

Here is what is new in Plymouth real estate in Feb 2014.  Zillow statistics say that the Plymouth real estate market went up 16.7% last year.  The average median list price is $279,000 and the average median sales price was $242,500.  Here are statistics from the local realtor MLS .  In the last 30 days 28 Plymouth homes have sold.
